John and Lois will discuss ways to maximize the value of your company's content and your rights management resources. Delving into the important issues of external marketing; answering questions about what you can send to your customers, addressing potential pitfalls in developing sales collateral, marketing campaigns, and presenting content in conference settings, you will leave this seminar prepared to make decisions about the proper use of content in your workflow.
